I run Intellivate Inc, a consulting and execution practice that helps businesses simplify operations, save time, and make better decisions. I’m hiring one Vietnam-based presales partner to handle initial conversations with Vietnamese business clients during a fixed daily call window. In this role, you will speak directly with prospective clients, understand their situations, explain what we do in clear and practical terms, assess seriousness and fit, and pass qualified opportunities to me with a concise English summary. This is a part-time role designed for focused availability and real engagement, not passive message-taking or all-day standby. You are expected to listen, think, and respond in real time.
Answer inbound calls and messages during the call window

Listen, understand, and respond intelligently
Explain what we do in clear, practical terms
Qualify fit and seriousness
Summarize conversations in English
You are expected to engage, not defer.
This role is for someone who comes across as professional, confident, and credible on the phone, can understand business situations as they are explained, and can respond logically instead of deferring every question.
You should have basic sales instincts, be comfortable working within a clearly defined daily time block, and have sufficient English to coordinate internally with me. You must be based in Vietnam.
Gender and age are not relevant.
What matters is how you sound, how you think, and how you handle a real conversation with a business owner.
To Start with, this role operates within a fixed daily call window, for example from 10:00 to 12:00 Vietnam time. Calls outside this window are not expected. Messages may be reviewed asynchronously if agreed in advance. The goal is focused availability, not all-day standby.
This is a part-time role with a base retainer and a bonus for each qualified opportunity. If demand increases and the role proves effective, there is an option to expand hours over time.
