I run Intellivate Inc., a small consulting business that helps companies improve how they work and reduce manual effort. I am looking for one person based in Vietnam to help with early conversations with Vietnamese clients.
This is a part-time role with a fixed daily call window. During this time, you will speak with people who contact us and want to learn more about our services.
Your job is to talk with them in Vietnamese, understand what they are looking for, explain what we do in simple terms, and decide whether the conversation should continue.
You are not selling any product or service. You are not convincing anyone. You are helping both sides understand whether it makes sense to move forward.
After each conversation, you will send me a short summary in English explaining who you spoke with, what they need, and whether they need any more details.
This role requires focus during the call window, but it does not require you to be available all day.
You will answer incoming calls or messages during the scheduled call window.You will speak with Vietnamese business clients and parents in Vietnamese.You will listen carefully, ask simple follow-up questions, and make sure you understand their situation.You will explain what Intellivate does using clear and practical language.You will decide whether the person is a good fit to speak with me next.You will write a short and clear summary in English after each conversation.
You are expected to actively listen, ask simple follow-up questions, and share what you hear with the team.
This is not a sales job.This is not a call-center role.This is not passive message taking.You are expected to listen, think, and respond during the conversation, not just record information.
You will speak with clients in Vietnamese.You do not need to speak English fluently. You only need enough written English to summarize conversations clearly.
This role is for someone who is comfortable speaking on the phone and can hold a clear, calm conversation. You should be able to listen carefully, understand what the other person is saying, and respond in a practical way.
You should be comfortable working within a fixed daily time window and be able to write short summaries in simple English for internal communication. You must be based in Vietnam.
Gender and age are not important. What matters is that you communicate clearly, think sensibly, and handle real conversations with care and responsibility.
This role works within a fixed daily call window, for example from 10:00 to 12:00 Vietnam time. You are only expected to be available during this agreed time.
Calls outside this window are not required. Messages can be reviewed later if agreed in advance. The goal is focused work during a short time period, not being available all day.
This is a part-time role with a base retainer and a bonus for each qualified opportunity. If demand increases and the role proves effective, there is an option to expand hours over time.
Apply only if a fixed daily call window works for you. The initial window is 10:00–12:00 Vietnam time. If this specific window is not convenient, it can be adjusted by mutual agreement, but the role requires a clearly defined and fixed daily time block.
